As much as we’d like to tip our collective hat for Stephen Colbert’s shout-out to last year’s American Craft Beer Week, calling PBR a craft beer microbrew is just plain embarrassing.
Definitely a WAG of the finger. Colbert, you’ve only got one week til the start of this year’s American Craft Beer Week. Find a real American Craft Brew to put the spotlight on this year. Dear God, please don’t let it be a Blue Moon.
The Colbert Report is a comedy show, and the bit about PBR being a microbrew was a joke.
