Dionicess IV – Beer & Chocolate Pairing event, on Sunday May 17, 2009 with Stone Brewing Co. and Mignon chocolate. Stone Brewing Co. was recently voted as the “All- Time Top Brewery on Planet Earth” by a nationwide poll…This event is being poised as Stone Brewing Co.’s flagship gig for Los Angeles. And Mignon Chocolate?…THE choice for custom chocolates at private parties thrown by Gov. Schwarzenegger, the L.A. Lakers, Jay Leno, Adam Sandler, Gene Simmons, ABC News, etc…

ALL proceeds go to a cause that is very valuable and definitely worthwhile, in an impoverished area. The sensory experience may be quite different than any other pairing/tasting gig most have likely attended.
